Dear Friends,
Shortly after the arrival of the new year my surroundings were awash with the freshness of newly fallen snow. From my studio window I watched the sun rise over the white-frosted mountains. I am finding new inspiration for paintings and excitement for the year to come. One of the events that I am excited to tell you about is the return of the Moss Foundation Dinner on July 9th at my home in Waynesboro. Can you believe that our last dinner was held in 2019? Our caterer for this year is Take Out 250 and what a fantastic menu they will be preparing for us! You may get hungry just looking at it.
Chicken Bruschetta
Roast Beef
Orzo with fresh spinach and cherry tomatoes in a basil pesto
Veggie Medley
Rolls
Strawberry spinach salad
Assorted cupcakes
Soft drinks, beer and wine

2022 promises to be filled with delights as I have 2 early season shows and 1 virtual appearance to tell you about. For Valentine’s weekend, February 12th and 13th, you will find me at the P Buckley Moss Gallery of Blacksburg. I am currently working on a new painting that I will have available for you at this show. I did promise not to reveal what it is, but rest assured, I will have a picture of it in an upcoming newsletter.
On February 25th and 26th, I return to Huntington, WV for a print release in celebration of the 150 year anniversary of St. Joseph Parish. The address is 1304 6th Ave, Huntington, WV 25701. More information to follow.
The original painting for my new print, St. Joseph Church.
For Iowa Public Television, I will be doing a Zoom call from my home on February 27th. I am happy to be working with this fantastic organization again. The programming that public television provides is invaluable. This year’s print release will feature Iowa scenery.
Until next week,
Love,
