Have you noticed that the days are getting longer? I found some daffodil starts poking up through the ground last weekend. Spring cannot be far away. This year my spring travel schedule is a bit busier than it has been. On Saturday, February 26th I return to Huntington, WV for a 150th anniversary celebration with St. Joseph Catholic Church. Members of the congregation wanted to have something special to commemorate the occasion, so I created a print for them. The official release will be at the church and I will be there to sign.

My annual trip to Des Moines in support of Iowa PBS will be a virtual event this year. For friends in the viewing area (state of Iowa), you can live stream the event on Sunday, February 27th at 5:30 Central time. Iowa PBS will be releasing Spirit of Iowa during my February 27th virtual appearance. This print was created to support the mission of PBS and will be available only through the station online at iowapbs.org, or by calling the station at 800-779-7000 during or after my appearance.

Another upcoming show that I am excited about is the Spring Barn Show with the P Buckley Moss Gallery of Waynesboro. The dates are Friday, April 22nd through Sunday, April 24th. Springtime is magical, and no more so than in the majesty of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Perhaps I am partial to the area, but I would like to extend an early invitation for you to join me there.  

The weekend following the Barn Show, April 29th and 30th, you will find me in Waynesville, Ohio with my dear friends at Canada Goose Gallery. If you have never been to Waynesville you are missing a charming town with a rich history. As you can see, it promises to be an eventful spring.

My 2022 show season kicked off last weekend with the P Buckley Moss Gallery of Blacksburg. The second day of the show was adversely impacted by snow, so I have decided to return to the gallery Saturday, February 19th from noon until 3 pm to meet those of you who could not make it last week. We will be holding the drawing then for my Valentine’s Keepsake Gift Box and the gift basket.
