Dear Friends,

I never tire of our weekly conversations because it provides me a special and continuing connection with you, my collectors and friends. Fall and winter are very busy times for me and I am delighted to share with you my next stop. This coming weekend we have a wonderful show planned in Waynesville, Ohio at Canada Goose Gallery. For more information about the show this weekend or to RSVP please follow this link, Holiday Art Show.  On Friday night I will attend the Paint the Town Pink Charity event for Breast Cancer Survivors which benefits Pals for Life. You can purchase tickets here. This weekend we will release two new prints, but first, let me tell you about this special gallery.

Waynesville has been described as a “step back in time to small town USA”.  A stop here provides people with a unique opportunity to visit diverse shops and restaurants, all in a five-block area. Canada Goose Gallery is one such place. I always look forward to seeing their beautifully crafted sign hanging at the corner of Main and Miami Streets. Gallery owner, Laura DeRamus, has been a Moss dealer since 1987. We go back a long way; what a wonderful journey we’ve shared.

Laura shared a few words with my staff and I’ve asked them to share it with you. “My passion and love of P. Buckley Moss fills every corner of Canada Goose Gallery. Her friendship and inspiring works of art have been the heart and soul of my work for over 32 years! I look forward to sharing her inspiration for many more.”

From one of my earlier trips to Waynesville, gallery owner Laura DeRamus and I are preparing to participate in the walk,
"Hands Across the Country, Denim and Pink Weekend" to fight against breast cancer. We have done so much together! I treasure her friendship and support.

This is the storefront for Canada Goose Gallery. While the outside is familiar, Laura has made some changes inside in keeping with modern tastes and trends. I can’t wait to see what she has done!

This weekend Laura and I will release
Frosty Friends and Season’s Greetings.  Aren’t they adorable?!

Thank you to everyone who came out to our show last weekend at the Village Shoppe in Kalona, Iowa. As you know shop owner Doris Greiner is retiring the end of this month and this was her last show with me.  It was the best retirement party that I’ve been to. I am blessed to have so many friends, and I thoroughly enjoyed the time that we spent together. Here are a few memorable pictures from the weekend.

We had a full house on both days of the show.

One of many meals we shared together over the weekend. Pictured L to R: Doris Greiner, me, Connie Sieren and Nancy Brenneman.

I enjoyed meeting collector Dory Wilcox. She purchased two of my originals over the weekend.

I was thrilled to see yet another beautiful quilt made from the Moss Amish Life fabric collection.

I’d like to introduce you to the winner of the P. Buckley Moss Scholarship given this year at Radford University. Her name is Eliza Green, and she is majoring in dance and psychology. Eliza is dyslexic like me. She said that upon hearing my story, she felt validated. All of us have the power to help our young people realize their dreams and grow. Sometimes a kind word is all that it takes to make a difference.

Eliza Green, P. Buckley Moss Scholarship winner at Radford University, with my daughter Becky Ghezzi.
