Dear Friends,
Here it is Thanksgiving and I find that my list of things that I am thankful for are bigger than any Christmas wish list I had as a child. I am looking forward to dinner with my daughters Becky and Mary and their families. It will be a house full! However, like so many of you, travel plans are part of my Thanksgiving weekend too. On Friday, my daughter Patty and I travel to Osage, Iowa for my first show with our newest Moss Dealer. I will be at Frames and More on Friday, November 29th from 6-8 pm and Saturday, the 30th, from 10 am until 4 pm. Look for me at 703 Main St in the heart of Osage.

Pictured here is the local landmark Cedar Valley Seminary alongside my new print bearing the same name. Can’t wait to try out their coffee shop!
From last week’s trip to Kingsport, I have a link to the WCBY television interview that I did with Up Against the Wall Gallery owner, Mike Milhorn. It’s always fun to be on the air, but especially so with Mike. http://bit.ly/wcybinterview I’d like to thank everyone who came out on a rainy Saturday to see me and to support Pet Works animal shelter.

One of many new friends I made at the Up Against the Wall Gallery Open House.
“When the night winds whistle through the trees and blow the crisp brown leaves a-crackling down,
When the autumn moon is big and yellow-orange and round,
When old Jack Frost is sparkling on the ground,
It's Thanksgiving Time!
When the pantry jars are full of mince-meat and the shelves are laden with sweet spices for a cake,
When the butcher man sends up a turkey nice and fat to bake,
When the stores are crammed with everything ingenious cooks can make,
It's Thanksgiving Time!
When the gales of coming winter outside your window howl, When the air is sharp and cheery so it drives away your scowl,
When one's appetite craves turkey and will have no other fowl,
It's Thanksgiving Time!”

Until next week,
Love,
