Dear Friends:

Our Dealers’ Meeting this past weekend was very stimulating and generated lots of excitement among the dealers.  We were all delighted to see how enthusiastic everyone was over Maria Bereket’s presentation.  Maria specializes in marketing and social media, and she is going to be such an asset to our dealers and us.  Dealers came from Ohio, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Illinois, and Virginia to hear Maria’s presentation on marketing through various forms of social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, and Google Plus.  I’m sorry for the ones who could not attend, but I hope they will come on board with us and take advantage of what Maria has to offer.

A number of our authorized dealers joined us at my Barn home in Waynesboro, Virginia, to hear Marketing and Social Media Specialist Maria Bereket.

We also gave the dealers a sneak preview of some new releases and discussed new products that we will announce in the near future.  Before dinner Saturday night, everyone met at our new downtown Waynesboro gallery so the dealers could see the new location.  It was a great weekend; and, in addition to Maria’s presentation, I thoroughly enjoyed catching up with old friends.

Our next event will be the show at our gallery at 223 Gilbert Street in Blacksburg, Virginia, August 22-23.  The weekend after that, I’ll be showing with King James Galleries of Gettysburg (in Pennsylvania) on August 29.

The Lyric, above, and Flowers of Summer, below, will be released during the show at my gallery in Blacksburg, VA, August 22-23.  The Lyric features its namesake in downtown Blacksburg.  It has operated as a not-for-profit movie theatre and community center since 1998.  For more information on the show, please call the gallery at 540-552-6446.

A Field of Sunshine will be released during my show with King James Galleries of Gettysburg on August 29.  For more information, please contact the gallery at 717-398-2034 or 855-855-1863.

Robin Jones of Cottontail Quilts, Inc.,
in Kennesaw, GA, has designed and stitched this beautiful quilt to be used in a future fundraising event for the P. Buckley Moss Foundation for Children’s Education.  The quilt incorporates one of my hand-painted centerpieces.  Many thanks to Robin!
